On October 15th, 2014 in Toronto CleanTech North (http://www NULL.cleantechnorth NULL.org) hosted its 2014 Fall Forum titled Environment and Climate Change In Ontario: The Role of Cleantech.
This year’s keynote speaker, the Hon. Minister Glen Murray (http://www NULL.ontla NULL.on NULL.ca/web/members/members_detail NULL.do?locale=en&ID=7145), addressed the sold-out forum and discussed his vision for his new portfolio: the Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change (https://www NULL.ontario NULL.ca/ministry-environment). In particular, the Minister discussed the role he believes innovation and clean technologies will play in achieving his Ministry’s mandate of reducing GHG emissions and reaching the goal of becoming a low-carbon economy.

We will be doing so within the coming weeks.”
In addition to the keynote from Minister Murray, CleanTech North celebrated the success of a number of the members of the cleantech community who have met significant milestones and thanked its partners, MNP LLP and the Ontario Centres of Excellence for their renewed support.
